Thanks to Gemma's ambitious plan for Jax who will lead SAMCRO and stay in Charming, she ended up killing Tara in "Sons of Anarchy's" Season 6 finale. Now the show's upcoming season will start weeks before Tara's brutal end, and the possibilities of Jax getting arrested for her murder is one of the many angles of Season 7.

No one expected that Gemma is capable of murdering Tara but "Sons of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter wants to explore Jax's full spectrum of emotions. Played by Maggie Siff, Tara is the only person who can give Jax a shot for normal life, and now that she is gone this could mean that Jax's relationship to his mother is going to be stronger or not.

The "Sons of Anarchy" Season 7 will be the show's season finale and sometime within this season Jax will find out the hard truth about his mother, and Juices' involvement to Tara's murder. According to some reports, the upcoming season is scheduled on October 2014 but spoilers about the anticipated finale have been coming out.

After Tara's brutal death, there is no question that Gemma is capable of everything and she will do everything to keep Jax from leaving Charming. But the aftermath of Tara's death will send Jax back to Gemma's arms and she is the only one left who can take care of Abel and Thomas.

But according to reports, Jax junkie ex-wife played by Drea De Mateo will reprise her role as Wendy. De Mateo will return as a cast regular and she might play the mother figure of Jax's boys as she is the biological mother of his oldest, Abel.

Now that Jax's true north is gone, Sutter is exploring a lot of angles when it comes to Charlie Hunnam's character. "But what happens to a guy like that now that he's lost both of the people he loves the most, who were able to be his moral compass, with Opie and now Tara. It really is Jax completely untethered and on his own in the final season," explains Sutter.
