After wrapping up the show’s Season 7 finale in December, “Sons of Anarchy” star Kristen Renton (Ima) was spotted on Jan. 17 in the Ronin Pro Wrestling show during the Magic City Comic Con at the Miami Airport Convention Centre. The actress was given a VIP seat next to the pro wrestling legends. She also accompanied the WWE Hall of Famer Greg The Hammer Valentine and Showtime Stevie Stamos during the Ronin Rumble battle royal.

The 32-year-old actress made her pro wrestling debut and even gave heel wrestling valets a good show with her “Sons of Anarchy” attitude. Known for playing an adult star in the FX biker drama show, Renton first appeared in SOA Season 4 as Lyla’s (Winter Ave Zoli) friend and confidante after she married Opie (Ryan Hurst).

Renton admitted that she loves playing a bad girl and her character is much more fun to play as compared to Maggie Siff’s character Tara, who is nice and everyone is rooting for. When asked if there is any redemption for her character, she revealed that Ima is one of the bad girls of the show and she will keep stirring the pot and continue to cause chaos on the show.

“For me, Ima is so far removed from my reality, with not only what she does for a living, but the way she acts and presents herself, and the attitude that she has,” Renton is quoted as saying by Collider. She talked about the similarities between the character and her personality. “We’ve all known people that have come into our lives, who are negative or disruptive, or who just are flat-out bad people, and unfortunately I’ve had quite a few of those in my life, so I had a lot to draw on when I was introduced to Ima.”

When it comes to her similarities between her and Ima, the Colorado-born star revealed that they are both driven, determined and no-nonsense. Now based in Florida, Renton is also active in charitable works. She is an animal activist who supports Best Friends Animal Society, Boxer Rescue LA and Save The Manatee.
