Sorkin, Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay) nominee for the film "The Social Network".

Sony Pictures is currently in the works to have Aaron Sorkin come up with a script for a possible biopic of Steve Jobs. Sony reportedly bought the rights to the recently released Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson and is wasting no time to get things progressing.

The trouble is that there is still no word from Sorkin. The guy is the most in demand at the moment especially with his latest screenplay writing hits such as the "Moneyball' and "The Social Network."

If Sorkin would agree with this deal, then there would surely be a lot of interesting elements to the project. In fact, many articles are spreading about the conversation that the ex-Apple chief once shared with Sorkin about screenplay writing which chronicled the start of Pixar.

The writer then thought that he won't be able to pull it off since it was hard for him to make objects get to talk. It is easy to notice that dialogue is the main driving force of the majority of Sorkin's work. Yes, Sorkin can be the perfect guy to write the material but we can assume that it would have the same tone as that of his other previous movies like "The Social Network."

This writing opportunity can allow him to finally write about Pixar without being pressured to write just about the company, but this time for Jobs. This future biopic is surely a prioritized movie that even if Sorkin will not be able to sign on, then we can be sure that another popular writer would be around to take it.
