Sony Xperia C3 Now Available In Australia For AU$399 In Black, White And Mint Variants
Sony Mobile announced the local pricing and availability of the Xperia C3 smartphone in Australia. It has the recommended retail price of AU$399 with three colour variants - black, white and mint.

Australia users of Sony Xperia devices can now purchase the "Selfie Smartphone" Xperia C3 for AU$399. It is available in three colour variants such as black, white and mint at several stockists such as Sony Centres, Sony Kiosks, Sony Stores, Big W for black variant, Dick Smith for white and mint variants, Telechoice for white variant and other major retailers.
"Xperia C3 is a unique new smartphone from Sony, created to offer the ultimate social sharing experience with a new powerful 'PROselfie cam.' It also presents a combination of the best of Sony, with leading digital imaging technology and brilliant specs and performance all for a mid-range price," Director of Xperia Marketing at Sony Mobile Communications, Calum MacDougall said via official press release.

Sony Xperia C3 comes with 5.5 inches of full HD screen display, Android 4.4 KitKat OS, 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Adreno 305 graphics processing unit, 1 GB of memory capacity, 8 GB of internal storage space with up to 32 GB of microSD card support and 2500 mAh battery pack. It weighs 150 grams with overall dimension of 156 x 78.5 x 7.6 millimetres.
According to Sony Mobile, Xperia C3 is a PROselfie smartphone focused on delivering great quality captures on both rear and front cameras. It has a 5 MP front-facing camera with 720p video recording quality and 25 millimetres wide-angle lens to fit more subjects on the frame aided by an LED flash for better lighting quality. The front-facing camera also uses the Superior Auto camera mode to enable the camera on adjusting lighting and quality automatically.
Its rear camera features Exmor RS for mobile with Back Side Illumination or BSI for improved lighting, High Dynamic Range or HDR mode for both photos and videos, and SteadyShot for compensating shakes while recording on the move. Several camera modes have been included such as Portrait Retouch for editing selfie captures, Augmented Reality effect, Movie Creator, Timeshift Burst, Creative Effects and more.
