Sony Xperia Z4 could be the real deal starting next year sporting higher hardware components than Xperia Z3, Xperia Z2, Xperia Z1 or Xperia Z. Leaks unveiled QHD 5.5 inches of display screen, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 64-bit support, 4 GB of RAM and Exmor RS CMOS imaging sensor.

Sony Xperia Z4: Sole Flagship Smartphone For 2015

Latest reports from Android Origin revealed that Sony Xperia Z4 will become the real deal smartphone of 2015 from Sony Mobile. The site claims that the Japanese tech company will drop the idea of bi-annual releases of flagship devices due to saturation point. Six months upgrade between flagship smartphones from Sony Mobile such as Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z3 usually sport marginal upgrades on software and hardware, thus, no huge advantages to certain users.

1. Exclusive app called Remote Play for mobile gaming of PlayStation 4 on Xperia Z3 devices will now be ported on Xperia Z2 devices starting on November.

2. Xperia Z3 runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat which also available for Xperia Z2. Both smartphones are included on the Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade plans.

3. Display screen, RAM, processor and camera on Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 are very similar.

Sony Xperia Z4 Rumoured Hardware Specifications

Android Origin also claims that Sony Xperia Z3x won't exist anymore to pave way for Sony Xperia Z4. Unlike with previous Xperia Z smartphones, Xperia Z4 features heavier hardware components including a new type of processor, higher memory capacity and a new imaging sensor.

Current flagship smartphone Sony Xperia Z3 features 5.2 inches of full HD display, quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and lacks 64-bit support and 3 GB of RAM which makes Sony Xperia Z4 rumoured specifications the real deal for a major upgrade. However, Sony Mobile has not confirmed the existence of such device at this time.
