What is a music video that is guaranteed to give you a heart attack? Surprised any such thing exists? Well we were equally surprised too until we saw the teaser from the Grammy Award-winning singer Enrique Iglesias' latest music video for "Heart Attack." The single has been available since October 15 but now the sexy singer has plans to come up with a music video of the song too!

"Heart Attack" is the next single to come from Iglesias' highly anticipated as-yet-untitled 10th full-length studio album, due for release later this year. The 38 year-old singer posted a thirty seconds clip of the upcoming music video which shows the lovely actress Camilla Belle staring in awe at the singer as he climbs at the top of a bridge - almost ready to jump off. We couldn't help but wonder if this act of the Spanish crooner will really give us a mild heart attack? Watch the video below and see for yourself.

The Spanish star is seen performing on a bridge, in front of a band that is placed before an intense smoke machine. The "I Love To See You Cry" crooner is dressed casually in a white T-shirt, jeans, black leather jacket and a woolly cap that is so typically Enrique.

Meanwhile Enrique's love interest Camilla looks gorgeous in a sensational cleavage-revealing black knee-length dress with her short black hair falling over her beautiful face. The quick clip also shows Camilla as nearly naked as an image of her flashes across the monitors while other clip shows the Spanish singer looking down, studying something in what looks like a studio. He is dressed in a black shirt and grey trousers here.

The song is amazing and the video seems promising too. We wonder if "Heart Attack" is a dedication to the multi-platinum singer's ex girlfriend tennis hottie Anna Kournikova, with whom he just broke-up?

"It's happened to all of us and it's a story we can all relate to. And you think you've learned your lesson and it can happen over and over and over again," told Enrique to Ryan Seacrest about the song, according to Daily Mail.

"Heart Attack" is the third single from Enrique's upcoming tenth studio album. It will be available both in Spanish and English. The song is already available for digital download in the US, Canada and Mexico but will be released worldwide in November.
