With Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna amongst others being around the block with weird looking coloured hairstyles, it would not be easy to remember the 'Spice Girls' for the generation of listeners and fans today. But if you were growing up during the era when they were at their peak of their career, then you would somehow feel excited about news of their reunion.

In 'Sunrise,' an Aussie television program, Melanie Brown or known as Scary Spice slipped on the news of their former 90s pop group reuniting soon. And then there was US Weekly reporting that the said gathering of the girls will be at the Buckingham Palace by June 4 in celebration of the reign of the Queen running on its 60th year.

The 36-year-old former group member extends her regrets on having spilled a plan they have been keeping so hard as top secret. Since then, it created such buzz for everyone especially their much older fans. Brown herself is excited with the idea of getting into the 'Spice Girl' outfit again for she considers herself a member of the group no matter when and where and how.

The members of the said pop group last performed together in 2007 for another reunion tour.

Where Are They Now?

Posh Spice of Victoria Beckham started dating football superstar David Beckham in 1997 and tied the knot by 1999. She has gained more achievements in the fashion world after the breakup of their group.

Scary Spice or Melanie Brown collaborated with other artists like Missy Elliott to come up with hit singles like 'I Want You Back' for one and even reached number one in UK by 1998. She got married but ended up in divorce. She was once linked to actor Eddie Murphy.

Baby Spice or Emma Bunton is the youngest in the group and continued on not just with her music career but also as an actress. She became familiar in a television show entitled 'Absolutely Fabulous.'

Sporty Spice or Melanie Chisholm went on for a solo album with initial bestselling hits since the breakup. However, her fourth album released in 2007 did not fly off well enough to be a hit.

Ginger Spice or Geri Halliwell was able to maintain her popularity even after 'Spice Girls' due to her disco classic called 'It's Raining Men.' She remains unmarried but has given birth to a daughter named as Bluebell Madonna in 2006.
