Sporting retailers buys Scoresby property for $4.35 million
Sporting retailer TNF Group bought prime office/warehouse space in Melbourne suburb, Scoresby, for $4.35 million
The 7, 456 square meter facility is located at 20 Rocco Drive and includes a 657 square meter office component over two levels. Adjoining the office component are two warehouses totaling 3,985 square meters offering a minimum clearance of eight meters along with two recessed loading docks.
The site is classified as Industrial 1 under Knox city that allows investors to use the space for multiple industrial purposes.
CB Richard Ellis' Stephen Adgemis and David Aiello steered the Expressions of Interest campaign on behalf of the private investor vendor. Adgemis said the offering generated significant owner occupier interest. "The Scoresby industrial precinct is traditionally a tightly held market thus an offering of this size and flexibility received high levels of enquiry," he said. "The convenient location in close proximity to both Ferntree Gully Road and the Eastlink freeway was a significant attraction for the purchaser."
TNF Group has a successful portfolio of sporting wear brands including Track n Field, Player, Leluu, Performax and the recently acquired Champion brands. The company is now the official distributor of Champion brands for Australia and New Zealand. Rocco Drive address is an established industrial precinct in Scoresby about 25 kilometers south east of Melbourne's central business district.
