Will Kate Upton follow the path of supermodels moving to acting? According to The Sun UK, the Sports Illustrated (SI) cover girl model is rumoured to be the next James Bond girl. What do you guys think of this news?

It has been reported that Upton and Helen Flanagan are both being considered for the coveted role. Penelope Cruz has also been rumoured to play the role but, reports, later on, proved false.

Flanagan has already met up with several casting directors in Los Angeles to talk about the next James Bond movie. The producers thought that Flanagan had a distinctive look, excellent figure, and a natural charisma on the screen, which they think would be perfect factors for the role.

Upton would be Flanagan's great competition if the buzz is true. She has appeared in numerous appearances in movies. She made her first acting debut in the film Tower Heist. She starred as the mistress of Mr. Hightower. It was released in November 2011.

So, can she act? It was only a small role. It is going to be hard to rate how good Upton can really act. Like what supermodels are asked as soon as they shifted their career to modeling, can Upton do better in acting as she did in modeling?
