Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton has denied many times that she is dating Ukranian Latin ballroom dance champion who has also appeared in hit U.S. TV series "Dancing with the Stars," Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

However, a lot of reports about the rumoured couple hanging out together keep spreading time and time again over the Internet.

According to Fashion and Style, an unidentified squealer commented on one of its articles that features Upton and Chmerkovskiy. "I just saw Kate and Maksim making out at Broadway and 57th, they are together," said the source.

Furthermore, another tattletale told Life & Style that Upton and Chmerkovskiy were seen shopping together at Gucci on 5th Avenue, New York. "Maksim's hand was on Upton's back while they shop and he even recommended some items for her to buy," said the source. "The couple left the store empty-handed even though Maksim suggested some nice stuff, they looked very happy," the source added. "Upton was wearing jeans, comfy tip, a pair of leather boots, and her hair and makeup were nicely done," the source continued.

Upton attended the Style Awards during the New York Fashion Week and she was asked if the rumours of her dating Chmerkovskiy are true. "We are just friends," she answered.
