'Star Wars 7' Set Photos Leaked, Reveals Possible Jedi Hunters Ship Revealed, Millenium Falcon Ancient
Despite the secrecy involved in the filming of "Star Wars: Episode VII" some photos from the set of the movie have reportedly been leaked. These images are believed to reveal details of the Millennium Falcon.
The images were leaked by the French site mintinbox. According to Makingstarwars, the photos are rumoured to be how Han Solo's ship looks like from the inside. The site labelled the four leaked photos accordingly. Most were of the spacecraft's cockpit, from its entryway to the seats. There's also one shot of the Millennium Falcon's corridor (check photos from the links above). Jedi News reports the images were reportedly taken from the Pinewood Studios set of "Star Wars: Episode VII."
Movie Pilot claims the detailed interior of the ship, as seen on the photos, could easily be mistaken as representing the spacecraft. The shot of the corridor or the "hallway" reportedly resembles a space station that could be the headquarters for the rumoured Jedi Hunters. Likewise, the corridors reportedly look like they could belong to an Imperial Star Destroyer. Additionally, photos of the cockpit seats seem to reveal the spacecraft is already ancient.
"Star Wars" fanatics were also treated to some photos of the Millennium Falcon in early June. TMZ leaked some images of the spacecraft while still on its early stages of creation. The photos were reportedly taken in an undisclosed location in the U.K.
However, all the photos of the Millennium Falcon's interior are yet to be confirmed. J.J. Abrams and crew have yet to release any official statement regarding their authenticity.
As previously reported by International Business Times, plot details of "Star Wars: Episode VII" are said to centre on the search for the Jedi Master.
When Daisy Ridley and John Boyega discover a lightsaber on a desert (after it has fallen from the sky held by a severed hand), they immediately recognise it as a Jedi relic. This prompts them to set off on a journey to find its rightful owner. That's when they meet up with Chewbacca and Han Solo piloting the Millennium Falcon.
Han Solo and Chewbacca identified the lightsaber as belonging to their friend, who they claimed they haven't had any contact with for the past 30 years. Together, they set off on a quest to find Luke Skywalker, the Jedi Master and owner of the lightsaber.
"Star Wars: Episode VII" is scheduled for a U.S. release on Dec. 18, 2015.
