Daisy Ridley's character's potential look has been revealed and Greg Grunberg is reportedly joining the cast. Meanwhile, Mark Ruffalo talks about his dream role in the "Star Wars: Episode VII."

When the cast of "Star Wars: Episode VII" was announced, the one name that created quite a stir in the media is Daisy Ridley. It was reported that the actress will feature in a key role in J.J. Abrams movie. Making Star Wars claims to have the information about Daisy Ridley's "Star Wars" character's costume/look.

Based on the concept art, a source gave the description of Daisy Ridley's character in "Star Wars: Episode VII" to the website dedicated to information about "Star Wars" franchise. The unnamed source revealed that the concept art shows her to be a "slender brunette," who will sport a costume designed in shades of grey and brown.

According to the artwork described by the source, she will also don a "dark blue sash at the waist that hangs down at the back and one side at about thigh level." Her costume may also include straps, gloves, arms bands, pouches and belts. As for her weapon, she may carry a lightsaber like other "Star Wars" warriors.

The website notes that since the description is based on "concept art," it could be altered or be inaccurate. The website also gives a glimpse at the artwork created by a fan IronWarrior777.

Meanwhile, "Heroes" actor Greg Grunberg has confirmed having a role in "Star Wars: Episode VII." On Sept. 12, 2014, the actor posted a tweet on his Twitter account and broke the news. The actor has featured in many of J.J. Abrams' projects including "Felicity," "Alias" and "Lost." However, the actor refrains from revealing any information about his role in the movie.

In other news, a die-hard "Star Wars" fan Mark Ruffalo has openly expressed his desire to feature in seventh instalment in the film series despite his busy schedule due to "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Speaking to Collider, Mark Ruffalo revealed that he has personally approached Rian Johnson for a part in the movie. The report notes that the actor who is known for the portrayal of superhero The Hulk is "desperate" to join "Star Wars" cast.

"My e-mail to Rian after all these years was, 'Rian, congratulations on everything you've been doing. And by the way, if there's a part in 'Star Wars,' please, anything, please consider considering me to join you,'" Mark Ruffalo told Collider.

The "Avengers" actor said that he is so desperate for a role in "Star Wars: Episode VII" that he may even take up a CGI role in the movie

Besides Daisy Ridley and Greg Grunberg, "Star Wars: Episode VII" stars John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and more. The movie is scheduled to be released on Dec. 18, 2015.
