A new leak about "Star Wars: Episode VII" reveals more details about Luke Skywalker. The new details follow a series of leaks concerning the character played by Mark Hamill with some reports suggesting that the character may be heading down a familiar path of his father. [Spoilers]

It is still not clear whether or not Luke Skywalker will eventually turn evil but most of the leaks of "Star Wars: Episode VII" suggest that the character will be in exile. A report from MakingStarWars now reveals that the exile is self imposed because Luke fears being manipulated into doing harm just like his father before him.

The journey to the dark side of the Force may begin for what may seem like the right reasons. Anakin Skywalker started to change slowly during the Clone Wars and was constantly manipulated by emperor Palpatine. He was chosen as the new apprentice to the dark lord of the Sith due to his powers.

According to the new report, Luke Skywalker may be on his way to becoming an even more powerful Jedi and a master of the Force. His power will reportedly become so great that even Luke will fear how powerful he has become. He fears hurting his loved ones, just as his father had hurt his mother and the others around him after being seduced by the dark side.

The look of Luke Skywalker in "Star Wars: Epsiode VII" is described as "creepy" and "frightening" in the report. His powers may drive him to the edge of sanity as he can see the past, the present and the future. Readers who have watched the previous movies from the franchise will know that the Jedi and the Sith have the ability to have visions from different time periods, including the future.

Luke Skywalker will reportedly be forced to come out his exile because of the rise of a new evil in the galaxy. A new hero in "Star Wars: Episode VII" is said to convince Luke of all the good in the universe and remind him of his rightful place in the galaxy, fighting against evil. Will Luke become the very evil he is fighting, confirming his worst fears? Please leave your comments below.
