Fans may soon see the first trailer released for the much-anticipated "Star Wars: Episode VII." Although the release of the movie is still a year away, reports claim a preview will be released sometime this year.

It's been rumoured before that composer John Williams will record the new music for "Star Wars: Episode VII." This speculation is even linked to the release of the first trailer for the movie. Apparently, this may be true after all, according to the John Williams Fan Network. The site claims a reliable source just confirmed that the first trailer was already given to the composer on Monday, Oct. 20. Furthermore, the source supposedly revealed that John Williams has already written the music that would accompany the preview. "This new trailer music will feature new music and will be recorded on November 15 in LA with full orchestra," the source said according to the site.

In the meantime, it's still being determined "if the score will be recorded in London due to advanced age of composer/conductor." There's the matter of John William's age to consider. The 82-year-old can reportedly no longer endure a 14-hour flight to Los Angeles.

Apparently, this leaked information regarding the first trailer for "Star Wars: Episode VII" and John William's involvement in the music department is "a secret." The site warns readers that "the message will be deleted shortly," probably for confidentiality measures.

However, no further details were provided on the exact release date for the movie trailer. According to Movieweb, it's possible the preview has already been assembled. After all, there's reportedly only a week left for filming. Producer Kathleen Kennedy supposedly revealed a couple of weeks ago that principal photography only has three weeks left. Therefore, it would leave the last week of October as the last week of production.

It's speculated the first trailer for "Star Wars: Episode VII" will be released with Disney's "Into The Woods." The musical is slated for a U.S. release on Christmas Day. Slashfilm adds it could be attached to another Disney movie, "Big Hero 6." The latter, described by the site as "a four-quadrant, family friendly action movie," reportedly seems fit to reveal the preview compared with the fairytale musical of "Into The Woods."
