'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Fan-Made 'Leaked' Scene Video Pokes Fun At New Lightsaber Design
A new video claiming to be a "leak" from the upcoming movie "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" has appeared online. The fan-made video is actually an animation. The video looks at what may happen after the villain in the trailer turns on his lightsaber.
There has been a lot of discussion among "Star Wars" fans about the new crossguard lightsaber design that is wielded by a character called Kylo Ren in the movie. The new lightsaber has two additional beams at the hilt. Viewers only get to see the character turn on the red lightsaber from behind.
A new fan-made video posted on YouTube shows what may happen after Kylo Ren turns on the lightsaber. The "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" parody video is titled "leaked lightsaber scene."
The video shows Kylo Ren to have red-coloured eyes. The character is joined by multiple adversaries with their own unique lightsaber designs. The popular droid R2-D2 can also be seen in the video with its own lightsaber.
The new lightsabers weilded by the characters in the video include a nunchuck with laser beams, a flail lightsaber, hula hoop, teeth with lasers, Kylo Rens' lightsaber design that keeps growing, a pizza box full of mini-lightsabers, a dog with lightsabers sticking out of its body and a neon sign lightsaber that looks like a woman.
Kylo Ren has to do very little in order to defeat his enemies, as they all manage to fall due to the badly designed lightsabers they hold. Kylo Ren only had to defeat the wookiee with the flail. The new droid from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" also features in the video.
Reacting to the video, some of the fans shared how much they hated the character Jar Jar Binks. The character Jar Jar Binks featured in the prequel trilogy and is not expected to return in the upcoming movie.
One of the fans felt that the nunchuck lightsaber was not a bad idea. But not all fans agree with this point of view. Most of the discussion, however, focused on the new lightsaber design of Kylo Ren from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." Is the new design not practical in a duel? Please leave your comments below.
