Details of new cast members and their roles in the upcoming movie "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" have emerged online. The details may come as a surprise for the fans of the franchise who have been following all the rumours surrounding the movie. [Warning: Spoiler Alert]

Jessica Henwick may be joining the cast of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." The report comes from an entertainment correspondent from BBC, Lizo Mzimba. He revealed the name of the new cast member in a tweet. The actress will be seen early next year playing the important role of Nymeria Sand in the popular HBO TV series "Game of Thrones."

The other actors and their roles in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" are based on their resume uploaded on Spotlight.com. Sam Carr states in his resume that he will be playing the role of a "Padawan" in the upcoming movie. The role is that of a Jedi in training and may come as a surprise to the fans of the franchise.

Towards the end of the original trilogy, Luke Skywalker was the only known remaining Jedi Master. There have been no reports of the Jedi featuring in a significant way in the upcoming movie, despite several leaks from the movie revealing major plot elements.

There is more confirmation that the Stormtroopers will definitely feature in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." Actor Tony Bailey has revealed in his resume that he has been cast as one of the Stormtroopers in the upcoming movie. It is not clear if he will be playing the Chrome Stormtroopers that has got many of the fans excited.

James Mcardle has said in his resume that he has been cast as Xavier in the upcoming movie. The other known cast members in the upcoming movie are Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie, Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Warwick Davis, Lupita Nyong'o, Peter Mayhew, Max Von Sydow, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Crystal Clarke and Pip Anderson.

The first trailer of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" will be released on Friday in the U.S. Fans of the franchise are excited about the upcoming movie. The movie will pick up the story from the 1983 film from the franchise.
