'Star Wars: The Force Awakens': New alien creature, Chewbacca and more in latest trailers
New trailers of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” show more footage from the movie. One of the videos of the movie also teases a new alien creature that appears to be from Maz Kanata’s castle.
A video posted on YouTube shows new footage of General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) and Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac). There is also a new alien in what appears to be a castle set. Footage from the desert planet Jakku and the Millennium Falcon are also featured in the video.
Verizon has also released a new trailer of its services by using footage from the forthcoming J.J. Abrams’ movie. The video is posted on the official YouTube channel of the company. The video shows a scene from the movie where the droid BB-8 is working on the computer of the First Order inside their base or a star ship. Stormtroopers are on patrol and Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) is hiding and waiting for the droid to finish.
The video teases that some networks promise fast data, but they reduce the speed after just one or two GB of data download. The scene from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” shows that it is taking more time for BB-8 to finish the work. Meanwhile, a First Order cleaning droid comes into the room; but Chewbacca scares it away. The cleaning droid then alerts the Stormtroopers to the presence of Resistance forces and a battle ensues.
The fifth TV spot of the movie, which is also available on YouTube shows more action sequences from the movie. The video shows more action sequences on the desert planet Jakku and also action sequences involving the villain Kylo Ren (Adam Driver).
A new Reddit post about Kylo Ren’s lightsaber, which is seen in the trailers of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” teases some information about the device. The design, according to the post, is “ancient,” but it has been constructed recently.
