The new film 'New Year's Eve' premiered in Los Angeles and turned out to be a huge event filled with a lot of stars.

From the new single Ashton Kutcher to his on-screen partner in the movie Lea Michele, all the A-list starts were there who were included in the film. There was also Fergie and Josh Duhamel, making a lovely couple right at the red carpet.

The movie tells the story of about 20 New Yorkers as they count down the hours to the rising of 2012 from the New Year's eve of 2011.

Other stars who are in the film like Jessica Biel, Halle Berry, Sarah Jessica Parker, and many more were not able to make it to the premiere. But the rest of the stars who showed up include Sofia Vergara, Hilary Swank and Katherine Heigl.
