Vanity Fair has recently issued its 100 Most Influential for this year. Who do you think won between Apple's Steve Jobs and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg?

The magazine says it's a win for the Facebook creator. Mark Zuckerberg is Vanity Fair's Most Influential people of the Information Age and half-billion people Facebook users seem to agree. Zuckerberg's website Facebook is now valued at around $25 billion with revenue for this year estimated to reach as much as $2 billion.

In the 16th issue of the ranking, Jobs came in second to Zuckerberg for salvaging the music industry, leading the smartphone market, and with Apple Inc.'s iPad, Vanity Fair thinks Jobs will also salvage the publishing industry.

But Vanity Fair does not shy to point out the controversy facing the two moguls.

For Zuckerberg, it reported that the mogul have had a tough time facing controversial issue of privacy that seems to be at the fore of social networking revolution.

Jobs's success with iPhone 4 and other Apple products can be under threat from a "possible foe" as Consumer Reports does not want to recommend the iPhone 4 despite the problems with its antenna already addressed by Jobs.
