"Still Star-Crossed" season 1, episode 6 will show a senseless act of violence as a result of a heated argument between Lord Damiano Montague and Lord Silvestro Capulet, according to an ABC press release. This will cause more tension between the Montagues and the Capulets. As for Rosaline, she will be in a situation that will prove to be compromising. Her fate will be left in the hands of an unlikely character.
'Hell is Empty and All the Devils Are Here' guest stars
The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) lists the following stars as guests in this episode: Caspar as Abbatelli, Brittany Field as Carolina, Laura Dale as Helena, Julio Perillán as Matteo and Sam Pamphilon as Lorenzo Donato aka The Doge. "Hell is Empty and All the Devils Are Here" was directed by Tom Verica and written by Curtis Kheel. The episode's title was taken from Act I, Scene II of William Shakespeare's play "The Tempest."
'Still-Star Crossed' episodes: 'Nature Hath Framed Strange Fellows in Her Time' and 'Something Wicked This Way Comes'
The episode before "Hell is Empty and All the Devils Are Here," was "Still Star-Crossed" season 1, episode 5 titled "Nature Hath Framed Strange Fellows in Her Time." It was written by Christina M. Walker and Brian Stampnitsky. Ericson Core directed the episode which aired on July 15.
The title of the episode was derived from Shakespeare's play "The Merchant of Venice" (Act I, Scene I). It featured Benvolio asking Rosaline for help when he gets in a sticky situation. Elsewhere, Princess Isabella travels to Venice in an attempt to make peace with the Doge/Lorenzo Donato. However, she finds out that he has different intentions.
"Still Star-Crossed," which is based on Melinda Taub's book of the same title, airs on Saturdays at 10 pm ET/PT on ABC in the US. It was developed for TV by the show's writer and executive producer Heather Mitchell. The other executive producers of the show are Shonda Rhimes, Michael Goldstein, Mark Wilding, Betsy Beers and Michael Offer. After "Hell is Empty and All the Devils Are Here," the episode titled "Something Wicked This Way Comes" will air on July 29.
