Last week's 2-year-old victim of a murder-suicide incident on the Story Bridge of Brisbane was finally laid to rest.

Sunday a sobbing funeral service was conducted for Brad Lees inside Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Clear Island Waters at Gold Coast. The place was decorated with bunches of red balloons, while mourners filled up the seats.

Danielle, Brad's mother, speak to the mourners saying farewell to her most loved beautiful little boy now resting in his small white casket. She asked him to provider her enough strength to speak during the funeral.

She said she kissed Brad and held his little sweet hand, while touching his very cute button nose. "Mommy loves him so much," Danielle said. She requested for strength to get through the five-minute speech at the service and for each day in her life in the days ahead.

"Mommy pretty," the words she could never forget from Brad. This is the reason why she wore her brightest party dress at the funeral.

Ms. Lees apologized to mourners for being one of the mothers, who were bragging about their kids. She said proud moms would say again and again that they have loveliest, smartest and most beautiful child.

She added she could talk about her lovely little boy Brad all day. Brad changed her life in simple ways, which only a mother recognizes according to her. Danielle said he was everything to her.

She said Brad was the most wonderful, lively and playful kid, who finds happiness even in the smallest thing. She could not stop adoring his pretty, green eyes and attractive, long eyelashes. His fine-boned structures made him the cutest.

Everyone said goodbye to Brad with versions of Hot Potato and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
