Both of them had some other name previously before their names garnered fame all over the world. Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta later became Lady Gaga, while Destiny Hope Cyrus aka Smiley became Miley Cyrus later on in her life.

Miley Cyrus suffers from a heart condition which causes her Tachycardia. It means that her resting heart rate is more than 100bpm. On the other hand, Lady Gaga canceled the rest of her tour in February 2013 for a medical condition called Synovitis. It caused her chronic pain for many days and worsened later on, according to her tweet on Feb 12, 2013.

Charity Work

Both Miley and Gaga are involved in serious charity work. Miley was a part of Just Stand Up!, a charity single supporting anti-cancer campaign. She was also involved in the City of Hope Benefit Concert and Disney's Friends for Change. Lady Gaga donated her concert proceeds to the reconstruction relief fund of Haiti after the country faced severe earthquake in 2010. She also donated the revenue of the Japan Prayer Bracelets to relief efforts of the tsunami in 2011.
