Rihanna is putting on a brave face as she copes with her beloved grandmother's death. However, the singer can't seem to manage well as what can be seen from her last Twitter post.

Yesterday, Rihanna looked visibly sad as she attends her grandmother's funeral in Barbados. The singer made her way to the ceremony in a simple black dress and heels. She kept everything low-key while she pays her last respect to her Gran Gran Dolly.

Even if the singer is still evidently struggling with her grandmother's passing, Rihanna had to perform at the Wireless Festival in London's Hyde Park over the weekend. She didn't disappoint her fans and resumed the show as planned.

The singer flew to London shortly after she attended her grandmother's funeral service in Brooklyn. Still, the singer looked devastated as she steps out to attend the separate ceremony last Friday.

Rihanna has been through a lot lately and it won't be a surprise if she cancelled her prior commitments due to her grief. But the show must go on and the singer plastered a smile on her face for her waiting fans.

Recently, the singer has tweeted a glum picture of herself while holding a beer. She captioned, "I had to!!! Sorry granny."

With heavy bags under her eyes, no makeup and disheveled hair, the singer looked exhausted. Perhaps it was because of all the emotional stress she is feeling regarding her grandmother's death.

On July 1, she revealed on Twitter of her grandmother's death. And even her ex boyfriend, Chris Brown, sent out his heartfelt condolences. The singer had been keeping her Twitter followers updated since her grandmother was hospitalized until she passed away.
