It is time for the mid-season finale of "Suits" Season 3. The tenth episode, "Stay," will deal with the malpractice case slapped against Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Jessica's (Gina Torres) law firm.

The exit of Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairley) was temporary. We thought she had left for good after the murder trial against her was withdrawn, but she returns to roast Harvey and his firm. Cameron (Gary Cole) went after her, relentlessly because she was Harvey's client. And, Harvey did not concede an inch because he didn't want to lose to Cameron. Ava is back to remind Harvey that the malpractice case is the "result of your actions."

The sneak peek of "Suits" Episode 10, "Stay" - "Harvey Specter Monthly," reveals that Harvey's old nemesis, Travis Tanner (Eric Close) is back, too. Regular viewers of "Suits" would remember that Travis had once wanted Harvey disbarred.

Ava has hired Travis to take on Harvey and his firm. "Ava has no intention of letting you off the hook," he tells Harvey.

In the sneak peek of "Stay," Harvey tells Travis that he tracked Ava down to fulfil his dream (never going to happen) of beating him, which Travis denies.

"Bull****," you have a subscription to 'Harvey Specter Monthly' and I know it," Harvey could be heard saying in the sneak peak. Travis tells Harvey that Ava is his chance to take his lunch money.

Harvey isn't the kind to let someone else has the last word. He flips a coin at Travis and tells him that it is the advance payment to call his mother for tissue that he would need. The sneak peek just provides a glimpse. The combination of Ava and Travis is not going to make it easy for Harvey and his firm. "Stay" is "Suits" Season 3 mid-season finale and there has to be a game-changer or a cliffhanger.

The second sneak peek, "Admiration," is of Louis (Rick Hoffman) and Sheila (Rachel Harris). Sheila tells Louis that she is saving a brilliant candidate for him. And, that she admires that he is dedicated to his work. It looks like Sheila wants more of Louis time but Louis is too occupied with his work, and being loyal to his firm, to notice that.
