There is a 'consequence' attached to every 'action' and the third episode of Suits' Second Season, 'Unfinished Business', is about the choices one made or makes and the consequences as a result of that.

In the episode 2 of Suits' Season 3, 'I Want You to Want Me', Jessica (Gina Torres) asks Harvey (Gabriel Macht) to take Cameron Dennis (Gary Cole) deal of pleading "guilty" and not go for the "no contest," and settle the bribery charges against Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairle). The deal is taken and Ava has a one to one meeting with Harvey.

Ava wants Harvey to work for her as something tells her that he too, like her, loves a good knife fight. She wants Harvey to take her former prodigy Nick's place. She is ready to pay him the price that he wants -- the woman knows only one way to win and that is by buying or bribing and the consequences of that cannot be good. Cameron puts an end to the conversation when he comes and announces that Ava is under-arrest for a murder conspiracy. She had bribed a foreign colonel to get an oil pipeline; and troops of that colonel had killed six people, the ones who were opposed to Ava getting the pipeline.

Harvey wants Mike (Patrick J. Adams) to ensure that Ava is out as Cameron will do everything to keep her in. Mike is happy that "Butch and Sundance are back." For Harvey, it is a no go as he thinks that, he is both Butch and Sundance. However, it is possible that Butch and Sundance team 'weren't' really back. However, he asks Jessica,"What is the point of having a right arm without a right hand."

Mike and Harvey both have no doubt that Ava is guilty but it does not matter to them whether she did it or not, they just want to settle the case in her favour. The consequence of this might surface in the future episodes. Also, Ava's case is important to Harvey as it leads to the door of managing partner and to the taking down of Jessica.

Darby's fixer, Stephen Huntley (Max Beesley), arrives at Pearson-Darby and tells Harvey that he is there to help him taken down Jessica and take over the firm. 'British Harvey' chooses to ignore Donna sitting at her desk and almost enters Harvey's office. It is not possible to ignore Donna, the woman with the name and title in one. They have a casual conversation which has the potential turn into
"serious fun" between the two. Harvey is wary of him and does not trust him. He feels that the senior partner from the London office is there to hijack his case, while his British counterpart wants to talk about the bombshell Donna.

Donna is quick in finding out where he is staying, for how long and that, he has booked a suit. You cannot find fault with the lady for doing that as the man has a way with words and is a charmer to boot. After the office hours, he arrives in Harvey's convertible to take her out for a ride and tells her, Harvey will be jealous if she takes a ride with him. His charms are slowly working on Donna as she feels, "I am in trouble." Harvey and he seem to have hit it off. There must be a catch and his charm and friendly overtones are likely to be a camouflage.

Mike chose to go back on his words and ditched Team Litt after saying 'Yes'. He chose to go back to where he originally belongs -- Team Harvey. He cannot be stupid enough to think that Louis (Rick Hoffman) will forgive him in a trice and his apologies will be accepted, and that he will let him have his bran bar, too. Louis equates him to a 'non-creamer diary' that gives the impression of a real thing and the first sip maintains the illusion of being genuine but after a couple of sips, it's just a concoction of chemicals, a disguise to keep the truth hidden. The truth is "full of Sh**." Since Mike is no longer in the good books of the quartermaster Louis, he cannot have the bran bars.

Harvey has a case for Louis and a rebound associate suggestion, too. According to Louis, he is not that kind of guy as he does not want a superficial relationship such as no strings attached. He wants a true mentee whom he can take out to the Gun Club and an origami festival. Louis asks Katrina Bennett ((Amanda Schull) to work on the case and make it her life. He welcomes her to Team Litt.

However, Mike's telling the truth has paid-off when it comes to him and Rachel (Meghan Markle). The consequence here is in his favour. She is his girlfriend and their conversations have moved away from legal terms to, "what time you are coming, my place, your place, it is better at my place and the time." It cannot be all smooth ride for these two, there has to be a conflict sooner or later. But, currently, they are enjoying the good phase of their relationship. Mike pulls up a trick in her see-through, glass-wall office to ask, "Will you be my girl friend." The answer is obviously a 'Yes' but Katrina's prank does not let them savour the moment. BFF Rachael and Donna are good too. They don't extend their fight and patch-up without creating any scene.

In the closing scene, Harvey tells Mike that Butch and Sundance "weren't back" as he had made a deal with Darby to take over the firm from Jessica. Soon, we will see him facing the consequences of his choice.
