If Harvey didn't have a change of heart, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) would have been working 'with' Louis as his associate in the third episode of Suits Season 3. Mike is where he originally belongs, that is working 'for' Harvey. Louis (Rick Hoffman), the Pearson-Darby's quartermaster, is a bitter man and is no longer talking with Mike. It's the right thing to do as Harvey's boy ditched him right after saying 'Yes.'

He was ditched after 'almost successfully' courting Mike with a lunch at a steakhouse restaurant, feeding him the best cheesecake, taking him out for a mud-wrap spa session, working like partners 'wit'h him -- quite unlike working 'for' Harvey experience -- on a case and the Litt team winning it. Despite all that, Litt Team still ended in the garbage bin.

Mike's "I'm sorry" is not going to turn the clock back and undo what he has done. It does not sound sincere and it is not at all fair to raise the hope of a person to its optimum level and then crush it, because you want to return home.

But, you cannot snatch away a bran bar when the boy is about to take a bite, just because you are holding a grudge and you can do that because of the quartermaster status.

In Louis words, Mike turned out to be just like a non-dairy creamer, which is a metaphor. "First sip you think it's real after all it wants you to believe that it's genuine, it' good, then it's gonna deliver on its promise. But, then when time, you realise it's just a concoction of chemicals designed to disguise the truth that is actually full of s***."

Rachel (Meghan Markle) and Mike are on the speed track. The whispering conversations are about when you are coming, your place or my place and it is Rachel's place for another steamy night.

The third episode of Suits Season 3, 'Unfinished Business', is also going to see the entry of 'British Harvey' (Max Beesley) and he is all set to flirt with Donna (Sarah Rafferty). Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairle) is under-arrest and after a long time, we are likely to see Harvey and Mike team in the court room arguing a case.
