It's a full-blown knife fight in USA Network's Suits Season 3 Episode 4, 'Conflict of Interest.'

Ava Hessington's (Michelle Fairle) legal troubles refuse to settle. It is almost like fire fighting -- barely one set of flames is doused before another erupts. Ava is Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) key to managing partner. If she is unable to swim out of the troubled waters unharmed, his chance of becoming managing partner will disappear into thin air. The preview suggests the same when Mike (Patrick J. Adam) asks Harvey, "If Ava loses her company, will Darby (Conleth Hill) still back you as managing partner."

"Harvey's defense of Ava hits a roadblock when the interests of her murder trial are at odds with Louis' work to thwart a hostile takeover of Hessington Oil by a rival businessman," according to the preview note.

The woman originally landed in a legal trouble for bribing a foreign official to get an oil pipeline deal in her favour. She was under-arrest for conspiracy to commit murder. The troops of the foreign official had killed six people who were opposing the deal in her favour. Now, she is on the verge of losing her company to her rival.

Harvey had handed the hostile take-over bid case to Louis (Rick Hoffman) in the third episode of Suits Season 3, 'Unfinished Business', and according to 'Conflict of Interest' preview, it does not look good. "I get it. You're in charge then, you're not in charge, anymore," one can hear Louis telling someone -- that someone is Jessica. Katrina Bennett (Amanda Schull) is now part of Litt Team and she is working with him on the hostile takeover of Hesington Oil case. She has her list of grudges against Harvey and Mike and there is a possibility that Team Litt may undo everything that Harvey is doing to help Ava win.

The preview also suggests that Jessica is back to being in the center of things. She tells Harvey, "This is my call."

"I'm afraid it isn't," Harvey.

"Excuse me!"

"I'm in charge on this side of the ocean," she tells Darby.

The gloves are off at Darby-Pearson and only Donna's (Sarah Rafferty) "casual conversations" with 'British Harvey' can provide some serious fun in an episode that promises to be high on conflict.
