In Suits Season 3 Episode 1, 'The Arrangement' Louis (Rick Hoffman) lost his beloved associates to his British nemesis as he was fooled by the quartermaster bait.

After getting Louis' associates under his command, Nigel (Adam Godley) it seems had gone back to his mother country England to congratulate Prince Williams and Kate on becoming parents to a baby boy. Now that has been done, he lands up in the same mud-wrap club -- which has a sister-club in England -- that Louis frequents, and both are not very surprised to see each other there.

The sneak peek of USA Network's legal drama Suits' Season 3 Episode 5, 'Shadow of a Doubt' suggests that Louis refuses to keep quiet and allow Nigel to do as he wishes when it comes to the prized associates that he had lost to him. According to Louis, "they're like grains of sand and they need pressure and heat to shape them into glass," which the memos from a distant land cannot do. Louis way is more home-schooling inspired, while Nigel is taking a leaf out of his boarding school experience and the memos his father sent to him.

It looks like Louis have had enough of Nigel's distant land coaching and is no longer going to be a bystander. He tells Nigel, "I'm not going to let you shatter the glass that I spent years blowing. And, I am surely not letting the likes of you tell me who I can and cannot blow."

It is going to be interesting to see Nigel's comeback and Louis fighting to get back the reign of his associates back. Nigel has shown in the first episode that he is not someone who can be taken lightly.
