"Suits" Season 3 began on the note of a merger and a deal to bring Jessica down. Seven episodes down, and a new twist has emerged because of that merger, making Season 3 of USA Network's legal drama series the most gripping season. Jessica (Gina Torres) and Darby (Conleth Hill) merged their firms to form Pearson-Darby. Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairley), daughter of someone close to Darby, was accused of bribing a foreign official to get a pipeline deal in her favour. Darby (Conleth Hill) and Harvey (Gabriel Macht) struck a deal. If Harvey wins Ava's case, Darby will back him for the managing partner position and help him bring down Jessica.

Ava's bribery case is settled but Cameron Denis (Gary Cole) started a murder trial against her. She is accused of murdering six people who were opposed to the pipe-line deal. When the murder trial began, Darby's fixer, Stephen Huntley (Max Beesley), entered Pearson-Darby, carrying oodles of British wit and charm. He told Harvey that he is there to help him become the managing partner. He and Donna (Sarah Rafferty) enter in a brief, steamy arrangement, which bothers Harvey.

"Suits" Season 3 Episode 7, "She is Mine," revealed that the man who ordered the killing of the six people was Stephen. As Darby's fixer, it was his way of fixing the pipe-line deal in favour of Ava. The man came to New York from London to ensure that his name does not pop-up. Donna thought that he might be the perfect man and she is the one who is the most affected by the revelation.

Harvey realises that and thus beats the sh*t out of him. But, is that enough? It is not enough for Donna as she says in the promo of the upcoming episode of "Suits", "The End Game," "Just tell me you're gonna make him pay."

"Oh, he'll pay," Harvey assures her that.

Donna does get to have her final word when she confidently tells him, "I'm here to tell you, you're fired."

The promo also suggests that it won't be easy to prove that Stephen is the culprit. He threatens, "You point a finger at me and I'll point it straight at Ava." Ava slaps Darby and since his name is on the wall, Pearson and Specter parts of the firm, Pearson-Darby-Specter, have been dragged into a blood soaked mess. The revelation has the potential to raze the firm's reputation to the ground.

Harvey cannot lose the case, now.
