"Suits" Season 3 has two more episodes left in its first instalment and Episode 9 "Bad Faith" is likely to set the base for the mid-season finale.

The promo of "Bad Faith" suggests that Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Jessica (Gina Torres) would be dealing with the repercussions of the fallout, with Darby (Conleth Hill). They are all set to lose some of their major clients, including Hessington Oil.

USA Network's legal drama series "Suits" had one major case arc this season -- Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairley). Ava's case landed at Harvey's desk because of the merger between Jessica' firm and Darby's London based law firm. Ava's murder trial also made Jessica realise that the merger was not the right decision and putting Harvey in the back-seat was not the right thing to do. Along with the dropping of the murder trial against Ava, we also saw the end of Jessica and Darby's partnership. The end of one chapter is the beginning of another and it is not going to be a smooth sail for Pearson-Specter.

Ava's case also ushered in the entry of Stephen Huntley (Max Beesley) and we saw a brief, steamy arrangement between him and Donna (Sarah Rafferty), which of course ended on a bitter note. Stephen turned out to be the wrong man and Donna was unable to see beyond his wit and charm, and that is something Donna is regretting.

The case is over and Stephen has been arrested, but Donna does need some fun time. In the new sneak peek of "Bad Faith," Harvey is there to take her out for his new handbag shopping. It looks like Harvey has a handbag fetish.

It was rough time for both of them and as Donna says, we need to get you "more than one hand-bag." Harvey: "I wouldn't have it any other way."

Harvey and Donna do deserve the time out before Darby starts his game to bring havoc on Harvey's firm.
