The hit legal series "Suits" Season 3 has taken a break after a run of ten episodes. The second instalment of "Suits" Season 3 will return sometime in January, 2014. The episode 11 of the season will deal with the new situations that suddenly developed in episode 10, "Stay."

Harvey (Gabriel Macht) gave Scottie (Abigail Spencer) two offers: to work with him at his law-firm Pearson & Specter and also the offer to stay in his life. He made the Pearson & Specter job offer without informing Jessica (Gina Torres), first.

The promo of "New Episodes Winter 2014" suggests that Jessica is not at all happy about Scottie joining the firm. Jessica could be heard telling Scottie in the promo, "the firm's name is Pearson & Specter and its not going to change, again."

Scottie has her own goals and professional ambition and she asks Jessica, "Never?" Harvey and Scottie look like are in a temporary relationship arrangement.

The other development was that of Louis (Rick Hoffman) discovering that Mike (Patrick J Adam) may have never gone to Harvard. In the promo, he could be heard recording his journal: "What if Mike Ross never went to Harvard?." Louis is thinking that "Mike made a fool of me."

Louis is up to something to expose Mike.

"You can't tell me that you are not afraid of being exposed," Rachel (Meghan Markle) could be heard telling Mike. In episode "Stay," Rachel decided to stay with Mike and study law at Columbia. If Mike is exposed, it is not good news for Rachel.

When "Suits" Season 3 returns on USA Network in January, the new alignments and relationships would be thoroughly tested and some may not last for long. If Mike is exposed and his truth is out that he never went to any law school, Harvey will also landed in a hot soup.

It will be an exciting second instalment of "Suits" and with new cases to settle.
