In the pilot episode of "Suits," Harvey hired Mike, a person who never went to law school. The upcoming episodes of "Suits" Season 3 will focus on the consequences of that employment. Mike's secret is no longer safe, as Louis is determined to find the truth about his law education. There is a possibility that he might get exposed.

At the USA TCA Press Tour, Aaron Krosh said the upcoming six episodes will deal with the consequences of Harvey bringing Mike to the law firm. Krosh said, as quoted by Buddy TV, "Harvey and Mike made this decision to bring a fraud into this firm in the pilot. And they're going to deal with the consequences of that decision throughout the last six [episodes]."

He cited the fraud will have "ramifications on every single character in the firm through the last six" episodes. Louis might take a couple of episodes to discover the truth.

Gabriel Macht's father, who plays Harvey, has been cast as a guest star. He will play the role of ethics professor at Harvard. Macht said his father's character is a "large threat" to outing the fake Mike. Harvey will try blackmailing the ethics professor. It looks like one might get to hear Macht say, "you smug son of a bitch" to his father.

Macht also revealed that the character's life will be in danger in one of the upcoming episodes. This will make all the characters come together, huddle each other and become one big family. "... I think that that idea of love, it is a major theme," Macht said, as quoted by Buddy TV.

Scotty's presence in Harvey's personal and professional life will put the poker-faced man in a new situation.

Krosh said: "She's going to come into our world, and Harvey is going to have to deal with trying to be in a relationship with a woman that he is working with." He hoped that it is going to be a fun ride.

"Suits" returns on March 6 with the second instalment of Season 3.
