One can see Harvey Specter saying to Jessica Pearson, "Good to be back." In case you have forgotten, "Suits" fictitious law firm is now called Pearson-Specter. The mid-season finale of "Suits" Season 3, "Stay," showed a number of developments: Harvey gave Scottie a job at his firm, without informing Jessica, and asked her to stay in his life. Louis did not find Mike's Harvard file in Sheila's Harvard cabinet that contains a file on every Harvard law school graduate. Rachel decided to take-up Columbia law school offer because of Mike and their relationship.

The episode 11 will use the developments of "Stay" as conflict points. Jessica will not be happy to know that Harvey hired Scottie, that too without asking her, first. Jessica and Harvey will have a one to one talk on how they intend to run their firm, together. Aaron Korsh, executive producer of "Suits," had said to TV Line: "Harvey and Jessica's resolution "will have an impact on what their power structure is moving forward."

Louis is likely to be a mental mess, trying to find out the truth of Mike's law school. "What Louis didn't find will "bore a hole in [his] crazy mind," according to Korsh.

Meanwhile, this is the first time Harvey is in a real relationship and "Suits" viewers are likely to see juggle his personal and professional life. As a result, he is bound to make mistakes and learn from them.

Olympian Michael Phelps is also to appear as himself in a guest-star role. As a high-profile client, he might trigger a one-upmanship game between Harvey and Scottie.

"Suits" returns on USA Network on March 03, 2014 to complete its Season 3. The legal drama series has been renewed for Season 4.
