The second instalment of "Suits" Season 3 will air sometime in January, 2013. The first instalment of Season 3 did not end on a major conflict that needs to be resolved when "Suits" returns with new episodes on USA Network. However, Louis (Rick Hoffman) has now a reason to doubt that Mike may have never gone to Harvard, which might lead to him finding out that Mike is living a lie and that he did not go to any law school.

The relationship between Mike and Rachel (Meghan Markle) solidified. In episode 10, "Stay," of "Suits" Season 3, Rachel decided to skip the much better Stanford option and pick Columbia law school as she gets to live with Mike. This love couple does like to resolve the conflicts as soon as they arise, but what will happen if Rachel's father starts doubting Mike's reality. Louis is for sure going to pursue "what is going on with Mike," according to Aaron Krosh, executive producer of "Suits."

Harvey (Gabriel Macht) asked Scottie (Abigail Spencer) to stay in his life. Also, he offered her the job at Pearson & Specter, without informing Jessica (Gina Torres). Jessica is not too fond of Scottie and she is not going to like Scottie entering her law firm, with a job offer. In the promo of winter episodes, Jessica can be seen telling Scottie, "the firm's name is Pearson & Specter and its not going to change, again."

"... the small wrinkle is that Harvey didn't necessarily run it by Jessica when he offered Scottie the job. So that's going to be picked up in the new season," Aaron Krosh had said to TV Line.

Also, Jessica and Harvey are going to talk about how they intend to run their law firm, together. "When they (Harvey and Jessica) disagree on something, how are they going to work it out? That's going to be the story of [Episode] 311, and I don't want to say what the resolution of that is going to be, but it will have an impact on what their power structure is moving forward."

The first instalment of "Suits" ended on an almost calm note. However, there is always trouble brewing beneath the calm surface. We can expect some relationships falling apart and some getting brutally tested.

Harvey will be going to experience for the first time in his life how it feels to be in a relationship and what it means. According to Krosh, the man is going to make mistakes and learn from them. Also, Krosh had said to TV Line that Harvey is "going to have to deal with his professional life while being in this situation. It's going to have an opportunity for conflict, growth and tenderness, I would say."
