For viewers who missed the major developments in Suits Season 3, Mike is now Harvey's boss, or at least that is how Mike wants to put it. Mike takes up a job offered by Jonathan Sidwell (Brandon Firla) in the third season finale.

From Pearson Specter, Mike Ross has moved on to Wall Street in the premiere of Suits Season 4. Mike is now an investment banker and a client of Harvey's firm. As always, the duo is expected to work through their differences. However, this time, Harvey is no longer Mike's (official) mentor.

Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) is likely to have a better relationship with Harvey in Suits Season 4. Donna (Sarah Rafferty) might bring up Scottie (Abigail Spencer) in scenes with Harvey, but spoilers reveal Scottie is not going to have an important role in Suits this year.

Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) will have some interesting development in her personal life, according to spoilers that Gina herself dished on NBC's Today. A new love interest is coming, and it could stir things up at Pearson Specter.

Another "something new" in Suits Season 4, Rachel (Meghan Markle) is attending law school while working at Pearson Specter as Harvey's new associate. Markle told TVFanatic Rachel is going to be tougher this season.

Eric Roberts, Neal McDonough, D.B. Woodside, Brendan Hines, Michael Gross and Melanie Papalia are all appearing in Suits Season 4 in guest starring/recurring roles. Papalia ("The Newsroom," "Aliens in America") is playing Mike's Donna. Fans cannot wait to compare the new secretary to the no-holds-barred Donna.
