‘Suits’ Season 4 Spoilers: Who is Mike’s Donna in New Season?
When" Suits" returns for Season 4, Mike Ross will be working as an investment banker in Jonathan Sidwell's firm. He will be working in a new office, with new colleagues. And, Mike will have his own executive secretary.
Melanie Papalia has been roped in for a recurring role. She will portray the role of Amy, the new executive secretary of Mike. According to The Hollywood Reporter's (THR) report, Amy is a "bright and quick witted" character.
"She develops a nearly instant rapport with Mike, aiding him in capacities both personal and professional, ensuring that even in tough times he keeps his eye on the ball," according to THR.
Aaron Krosh, creator of "Suits," said to Entertainment Weekly that at his new office, "Mike gets an assistant, it's his equivalent of Donna, whatever that means."
In addition to Amy, more characters will be introduced. Krosh revealed that they have "built a whole new set" for Mike's office, adding, "It will not be as large as our firm set, but it's a substantial investment we made."
In addition, DB Woodside and Brendan Hines are set to star in "Suits" Season 4 as recurring guest-characters. Woodside will portray the character of Jeff Malone, while Woodside will play Logan Sanders. Both the characters have a major multi-episode arc in the upcoming season.
In the season three finale, Mike accepted Sidwell's job offer and asked Harvey to give him the permission to go. Mike realised that he was jeopardising the people he cared about by being at Pearson & Specter.
Krosh has said that Mike will not be returning to Pearson & Specter soon. Krosh said to TV Line: "... he may at some point get back to the firm. I don't know for sure if he will or not yet, but it's not going to happen very quickly."
The viewers will get to see Harvey and Mike's interaction, as Mike is now Harvey's client and employer.
The cast and crew of "Suits" are currently filming the fourth season in Toronto, Canada.
