Tom Brady and the New England Patriots rallied back from a 28-9 fourth quarter deficit to pull off a remarkable 34-28 victory in overtime to clinch the Super Bowl 2017 championship at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, on Sunday evening. Brady surpassed retired legends Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw as the most successful quarterback in modern day NFL history with his fifth Super Bowl championship.

The Patriots needed to pull off the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history after Matt Ryan and the Falcons asserted themselves during the second quarter courtesy of three touchdowns in quick succession.

With 0:57 left in the final period, Patriots RB James White made a touchdown after a 1-yard run (Tom Brady Pass to Danny Amendola for Two-Point Conversion). The clutch TD sent the game into the overtime period until White made another two-yard run to complete the match-winning touchdown. |View Final Box Score on ESPN|
