Superhero Gaming: J-Stars Victory Vs Gameplay Trailers and More News; Attack on Titan on 3DS Review
Namco Bandai seems to have hit a pretty good concept in brawler games when it decided to put together all the heroes from the Japanese magazine Shonen Jump. Titled "J-Stars Victory Vs," the game is pretty much like "Injustice: Gods Among Us," except this time, players traverse from one Japanese manga universe to another.
So players can expect to see Goku fighting against Uzumaki Naruto or have Sakata Gintoki use parody powers in an attempt to defeat "Bleach's" Kurosaki Ichigo.
After announcing quite a few characters for the past few months, the line-up of fighters for the game have already expanded quite a bit, perhaps justifying the recent announcement that a paid DLC is no longer needed.

'Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind' Review
As one of the most successful and popular Japanese animation releases of 2013, "Attack on Titan" ("Shingeki no Kyojin" for its Japanese translation) has received rave reviews and support from all over the globe.
It's a concept where youngsters experience the trauma of being attacked by giant humanoids, have their parents eaten to death and vow revenge when they're older. So they become soldiers for humanity and start hacking away at the Titans once they become able and willing as soldiers in gear.
The very notion of fighting uniquely and against these unique characters is a good premise for a video game, one which could be the main reason is why the franchise was turned into a game this early in the animation stage.
*Thinking of refunding "Battlefield 4"? Microsoft is allowing refunds, but there are some things those interested need to know.
Kotaku has played with "Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind," the latest game for the franchise and has quite a number of good things to say about the game.
For starters, the bad ass quality from the anime translates to the game. A player is a blade toting, gear-flying soldier who can be a humanoid killing-machine and look good while doing it. While not much is said about the need for strategy, players are given a portable and upgradable cannon to help them play out their next move as the environment changes.
Players have the choice between fighting Titans in the city, fighting them outside the walls so they're outside in plains and fields or, with Eren's levels, turn the game into quite the brawler while players are in titan form.
Players can team up with three more friends to extend gameplay hours, but beyond hacking, slashing, collecting points and improving stheir gear, there's not a lot much to go on.
Kotaku also spotted quite a few glitches, which can take away from the experience, considering that this is a timing-based fighting game.
