Talk about acting like a real Captain America. Hollywood actor Chris Evans, star of the movies "Captain America: The First Avenger" and "What's Your Number" put smiles on patients' faces when he visited his hometown's Children's Hospital Boston during the holiday season.

The 30-year-old heartthrob, along with his mother, took time out from their own holidays to have a bonding time with the kids in the hospital's playroom as well as visit the children who were unable to leave their rooms.

The actor took part in an activity with the children patients. His mother shared some sweet stories to the children about her son's childhood.

Evans was not the only celebrity to give back over the holidays. Actor Colin Farrell also dropped by a children's hospital in Ireland around Christmas. Do fans need another reason to find these heartthrobs attractive?

Well, most female fans can indeed swoon with what the actor did. Evan's good deed of taking time out with his hectic schedule just to visit these children patients with his mother sends out a message of hope and that someone else cares about these patients aside from their family especially during Christmas day and New Year's Eve.
