Spoiler Alert: This feature contains major spoilers on "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 6 titled "Ask Jeeves."
At the mansion of the late heiress named Bunny, a maid dies after trying on some jewelry. Philip, the butler, sees that the woman who pushed the maid was the heiress but the expression on his face suggests he knows something.
Dean convinces Sam to go on a road trip to Connecticut to claim the fortune from the heiress' will as Bobby's next of kin. The family members warmly welcomed the Winchesters even though they have no idea how Bunny knew Bobby Singer.
Sam and Dean were told to spend the night at the manor because reading Bunny's will is scheduled to take place the following day. However, Philip hands over an envelope to the Winchester brothers containing the "fortune" that Bunny left behind because the butler thinks it is best if the two do not stay longer in the mansion.
The Winchesters find out that the necklace cross they received has fake stones but it is a key to something. Sam and Dean headed back to the mansion to inquire more about the necklace cross but the two got tangled up in a murder case when family member Stanton died.
A detective conducts his investigation while the Winchesters snoop around for ghostly clues after Amber claimed that Bunny's late husband, Lance, killed her soon-to-be-husband Stanton. Dean discovers a secret passage and the door to the manor attic where the cross key fits.
Inside the secret attic, Dean saw a dead body wrapped in a carpet and the other maid named Olivia that the butler locked up after Stanton's death. Dean tells Sam about what he found out and the two decided to look for the butler to get some answers.
Dean locates the butler in his room and started to question him. However, Sam discovered another dead body in the kitchen and the victim this time is Philip, the butler.
Sam sends Dean a text message to warn him that the butler is dead. Dean was about to confront the fake Philip but the older Winchester got thrown across the room. It turns out that the creature Sam and Dean are after in this murder mystery case is a shapeshifter.
Sam and Dean convince the maid, Olivia, to help them find their shapeshifter suspect through the use of the manor's silverware. Sam used his charm to the two older female members of the family who has been hitting on him to see who will have a reaction to silver.
Dean catches Amber having a romantic relationship with Dash, another member of the family. Dean asked the two to touch the silverware or he will reveal their secret.
Everyone in the mansion had no reaction to the silverware except for the detective that Olivia found dead in the toilet. Sam and Dean tried to calm down the confused family members and convince them that they can help but Dash, who believes the trouble began when the Winchesters arrived, took the detective's gun and locked the brothers up in the manor's security room.
When Dean tried to open the door with the silver knife, he realized that it is fake so there is no reaction with the shapeshifter. The surveillance revealed that the mystery murder suspect is the maid, Olivia.
Olivia revealed that to the family she is Bunny's daughter that had been locked up in the attic with only the butler knowing the truth. Sam and Dean managed to escape the security room with the guns they found so the two go after Olivia.
The maid revealed to Sam that it was Bobby who killed her father, a shapeshifter that Bunny had an affair with. Olivia further shared that Bobby spared her life because her mother begged the hunter not to kill her and promised that she will keep her shapeshifter daughter locked up.
Before Olivia could shoot Sam, Dean shoots the shapeshifter from behind with the silver bullets he retrieved at the back of their car. The first shot already killed Olivia but Dean still kept on shooting at the creature until there are no bullets left in his gun.
The family thanked the Winchesters for saving their lives and the brothers leave the mansion. Sam tried to talk to Dean about the extra shots at Olivia but Dean explained that he wanted to make sure that his hunting job gets done right.
Sam is worried that there is still some demon residue in Dean or the Mark of Cain is still affecting him but Dean shut his brother shut out as well as the discussion by turning up the volume of his music. "Supernatural" Season 10 will return with episode 7 titled "Girls, Girls, Girls" which will air on Tuesday night, Nov. 25, at 9 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
