"Supernatural" fans said goodbye to demon Dean (Jensen Ackles) in season 10, episode 3 titled "Soul Survivor." A promo video for "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 4 titled "Paper Moon" teases that the Winchester brothers are back to hunting together with their first case involving werewolf attacks.

According to an Examiner report, the CW Network released the sneak peek video for the upcoming new episode of "Supernatural" Season 10 on Tuesday, Oct. 21. Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester will be finding out who the culprit is behind the string of werewolf attacks.

"You boys must come up on stuff like this all the time," the local sheriff declares. Dean Winchester confirms that they do constantly. Watch the promo video below.

However, the Winchester brothers will come across a familiar face in the next episode. The synopsis for "Paper Moon" revealed that the werewolf attacks all point to Kate, the female werewolf that Sam and Dean let go in "Supernatural" Season 8, episode 4 titled "Bitten."

Fans can recall that Sam and Dean were convinced with Kate's assurance that she will not kill people so they let her walk away. It looks like Kate must prove her innocence on the attacks otherwise the Winchester brothers will no longer give her a chance to live.

Promo stills from the upcoming episode has been released as well to tease the exciting scenes that fans should look out for. It includes images of Dean back to driving his "Baby" Impala, Kate in trouble and the Winchesters fighting off the enemies. Click HERE to see photos.

"WEREWOLF KATE RETURNS - A recent string of werewolf attacks points to a surprising culprit - Kate (guest star Britni Sheridan), the werewolf Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) let live. Jeannot Szwarc directed the episode written by Adam Glass," the episode's synopsis reads in a Comic Book Movie report.

Meanwhile, it is expected that the other upcoming episodes will have Sam and Dean facing major problems such as the Mark of Cain that Castiel (Misha Collins) reminded in "Soul Survivor" as well as Castiel's angel grace since he only got stronger with a stolen one and the appearance of the red-head villain in the previous episode's final scene.

"Supernatural" Season 10, episode 4 titled "Paper Moon" is scheduled to air on Tuesday night, Oct. 28, at 9 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
