"Survivor San Juan del Sur Blood vs. Water," or "Survivor Season 29" aired its second episode titled "Method To This Madness" on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014. 35-year-old Val Collins from Foxboro, Massachusetts decided to be dishonest and paid the ultimate price for doing so. She was the second person to be voted out of the latest season of "Survivor." Read on for the "Survivor San Juan del Sur Blood vs. Water" recap of Episode 2 "Method To This Madness."

Coyopa Tribe:

The title of the second episode of "Survivor San Juan del Sur Blood vs. Water" ("Method To This Madness"), is a line that was uttered by Josh Canfield to his fellow Coyopa tribe member Baylor Wilson. Josh voted for Baylor during the tribal council despite having an alliance with her. He explained that he did it to convince the other guys that he was indeed going with them and not with Baylor.

Hunahpu Tribe:

Unfortunately, this tribe lost their flint, which is essential in the game for making fire. Jon Misch admitted that he lost it and apologised for doing so. He also vowed that he will make up for it.

Reward Challenge: This challenge involved moving through some obstacles while balancing a ball on a disk that is attached to a pole. After that, the tribes' representatives must roll three balls and land them in a series of targets. The first person to finish wins.

Hunahpu Representative: Julie McGee

Coyopa Representative: John Rocker

Reward: Fishing gear

Winner: Julie (Hunahpu Tribe)

Exile Island: John and Jeremy Collins (Jeremy was chosen by Julie to join John in Exile Island)

The Hunahpu Tribe tried to trade their beans for flint. But, Jeff Probst thought it wasn't a fair deal. Probst asked for their fishing gear instead, in exchange for flint. The tribe agreed to the terms of the new deal and got their flint, but lost their reward.

Immunity Challenge: The castaways had to become like sumo wrestlers for a day in this challenge. The goal is to knock their opponent off the platform so they will fall into the water. They used padded bags to topple their rivals. The first tribe to get five points wins immunity and will not be going to Tribal Council.

Winner: Hunahpu Tribe (thanks to Kelley Wentworth who was able to beat Jaclyn Schultz in the final round)

Tribal Council: (1st round: tie (4-4), 2nd round: 5-1 votes)

Eliminated: Val Collins (Stayed for 6 days in the Island)

Coyopa Tribe Members Who Voted For Val To Be Eliminated from "Survivor San Juan del Sur Blood vs. Water":

1. Alec

2. Dale

3. John

4. Josh

5. Wes

Jaclyn was the only one who voted for Baylor.
