Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria and her new husband, commoner Daniel Westling have entered a prenuptial agreement that will leave him without a claim to her inheritance or income should they divorce.

Filed on Monday, the contract states that personal trainer turned prince Westling would only have rights to half of their private household possessions. Last year, the crown princess' household received 8 percent of state funds reserved for the royal court amounting to 4.8 million kronor ($750,000).

The 32-year-old daughter of King Carl XVI Gustav and Queen Silvia married Daniel Westling in Stockholm's Storkyrkan cathedral on June 19. The wedding rites took place just after 3:30 pm local time. It was followed by a carriage escort through central Stockholm and a boat ride across the city's bay on the royal barge. A wedding banquet at the Royal Palace was hosted by the king and queen.

Princess Victoria met Westling, 36, nearly nine years ago at his gym in Stockholm. She is in line to become Sweden's first female regent since Ulrika Eleonora and the fourth ever. Sweden's constitution was modified in 1980 to grant the oldest child inheritance to the throne regardless of gender.
