Sydney Man Patrick Hutchings Missing for a Month, Police Asked Aussies for Help
Police are calling on the public to come forward if anyone has information on the mysterious disappearance of Sydney man Patrick Hutchings, who was last seen a month ago.
Hutchings, 26, has been missing since Oct. 31, when he left his home on Coward Street, Mascot, at 8 a.m. for work. He reportedly did not take any personal items with him when he left.
The Daily Telegraph reports Hutchings was last seen by his father at their driveway, with his Hyundai Lantra - registration AB70ZT.
Detective Inspector Mike Birley, the Botany Bay Local Area Command crime manager, said he did not make it to work that day and had not contacted his family, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
Hutchings' case baffles authorities, as investigators have talked to his family and friends and nothing came up to suggest a reason for his disappearance.
Hutchings is of Asian appearance, about 165-170cm tall with a solid build, brown eyes, long black hair and a mole on his left cheek. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and black pants.
Anyone with information about Mr Hutching's current whereabouts should immediately contact Botany Bay Police via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
