A talking Barbie doll caught a mother by surprise when it blurted out profanity and said "What the f*ck."

According to Mirror UK, Talina Evans, 25, from North Wales was allegedly outraged when she heard the plastic toy scream profanity at her 7-year old daughter. Complete with numerous voice-activated buttons on her belt, the Barbie doll reportedly initially sang something inaudible. Then Talina couldn't believe her ears when the toy said the shocking phrase.

The talking Barbie doll, created by Mattel, was reportedly made based on Barbie's web reality series "Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse." At a touch of a button, the plastic toy can utter 15 different phrases including "Amaze!" "there is no substitute for glitter," "to the salon!" and "I love a makeover!" So Talina claimed she hadn't really paid much attention to it or what it was saying.

However, she was surprised to hear it actually utter the foul word according to the Huffington Post.

"Then a friend of ours picked up the toy and I heard it say 'what the f*ck' loud and clear, I was so shocked," Talina said.

She said her daughter, Demileigh, had asked her grandfather for the toy and had been "playing with it constantly ever since." However, following the shocking phrase, the 25-year old had taken if off her for now. Naturally, the 7-year old felt "disappointed" at losing her toy. But Talina claimed Demileigh "understood that it is wrong to swear and so the doll had to go."

According to Mirror UK, Talina Evans tried to return the foul-mouthed toy back to her local Home Bargains store. But since she didn't have the receipt, the store couldn't take it back. She thinks the toy company is being very irresponsible for making a Barbie doll that swears knowing children would be playing with it.

The 25-year old mother, who is currently carrying her second child, vouched the talking Barbie doll did say "what the f*ck."

"I'm not the only one who has heard it. You can hear it loud and clear," she said.

A representative of Mattel reportedly confirmed on Tuesday, Sept. 16, that an investigation is being conducted on the swearing doll. However, the toy company declined to comment on the incident.
