Taylor Lautner is enjoying his celebrity status right now and is sure to be getting a lot of offers in the near future, but that wouldn't include a project similar to Zac Efron's musical.

Lautner confessed that he is a huge fan of musicals and a follower of the American Idol, but his singing voice is so bad that he would never be able to carry out a tune.

"I can't sing, which is the funny thing, so maybe that's why I like watching it so much. I know there's no way I can do that," he told WENN.

"I think there is a statement in my contract promising there will be no musical numbers!"

Lautner admitted that he never missed a single episode of the American Idol in nine years.

Meanwhile, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" recently had its premiere last Thursday, June 24, at the Nokia Plaza in Los Angeles where Twi-hards camped for three days prior to the screening. The third film in the vampire franchise, which stars Lautner as werewolf Jacob Black, along with Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen, will hit the cinemas on June 30.
