In "Breaking Dawn Part 2," Taylor Lautner's acting skills were challenged after his character, Jacob Black, imprinted on Bella and Edward's little daughter Renesmee. This crucial part in the film may appear disturbing so Taylor Lautner was required to delicately indicate a fine line that should not be crossed for his werewolf character.

"I was worried about it. We were very fortunate to have Stephenie Meyer, the author, on set with us on these last two movies and I definitely had conversations with her," Lautner revealed. "She basically told me, 'Stop overcomplicating it.' It's a lifelong bond between two people. At this point the girl is 10 years old, so it's more of a protective thing, like a brother/sister. And that's really all it is," the young actor further pointed out.

In an interview, Taylor Lautner further opened up about his work experience in the final installment of the "Twilight" movie franchise "Breaking Dawn Part 2." The 20-year-old heartthrob also discussed the physical aspects in portraying werewolf Jacob Black as well as his relationship with the other co-stars in the film.

Initially, it has been questioned if Taylor Lautner was the right actor to portray Jacob black in the "Twilight" films. However, Lautner proved himself worthy as he dedicated himself for the role. "I was so focused for that year. I had my eye on one goal and there were a lot of things I had to do in order to get there but I wasn't going to let anything happen. I'm thinking back to every day in that gym. Every burger patty that was shoved down my throat. Every protein shake. It was worth it," Lautner shared.

Moreover, Taylor Lautner admitted it has always been rough for him to film scenes in the "Twlight" movies especially in "Breaking Dawn Part 2" because he appears to be the only one on the set without a shirt on most of the time. Despite the awkward moments, filming Jacob Black's shirtless scenes ended up being hilarious for Taylor Lautner.

The Twi-hard fans are not the only ones saying goodbye to the characters in the "Breaking Dawn Part 2" film. Taylor Lautner claimed that he will surely miss the character Jacob Black for he always admired his loyalty, persistence and strength shown in the "Twilight" films.

Also, Taylor Lautner cherishes his friendship with co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. "They're some of my best friends and that won't go away at all. It will be more difficult because we don't have the excuse to spend months and months, day after day, with each other. But our friendships will go on forever," Lautner stated.
