Taylor Swift, denying nude photo allegations

Country music star Taylor Swift is threatening legal action over a picture posted on a website that claims to be a topless picture of the singer. The picture that bares a strong resemblance to Swift suggests that the star may be the latest celebrity to have fallen foul of phone hacking. It is certainly a long way away from the clean-cut image that the country singer strives to hard to convey.

Despite the resemblance, Swift is adamant that the picture is not her and insistent that the post be taken down immediately or she will sue for trademark infringment. Swift's legal team have sent the website telling the site that it contains "false pornographic images and false news" about Swift.

So with Swift's denial it appears that she may be the victim of a look-a-likey rather than a victim of phone-hacking scandal like Scarlett Johansson.
