Taylor Swift's New Long Bob Haircut Debuted in Perth, Australia [PHOTOS]

Taylor Swift has a new long bob haircut which she just debuted in Perth, Australia during her "Red" Australian Tour concert on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013 (which was reportedly amazing!, according to WA Today). Click HERE and HERE to check it out. The long bob or "lob" style with layers was a much needed departure from the sleek, long blond hairstyle with blunt bangs that she has been sporting lately. Swift's new long bob haircut is also a perfect change, in time for her 24^th birthday, which is on Dec. 13, 2013, the second Friday the 13^th of 2013! (FYI: The first one was last Sept. 13, 2013).

Swift's new haircut is now shoulder-length, with layers here and there. Her once heavy blunt bangs have grown out and she's now sporting it swept on the side and choppy. Swift even posted a picture of her new 'do on her Instagram account. (Click HERE to see it). The photo was dated Dec. 9, 2013, which means that she already cut her hair around that time. It shows Taylor wearing her new haircut and styled a bit wavy. But, if you check out her pics from the Perth concert, she also likes to style it straight as well.

This is great for Taylor, who is always in the public eye because the "lob" is an extremely versatile style which she can wear in different ways before eventually growing tired of it. Although, she didn't really say anything about it on that Instagram post or on her official Twitter account.

She just posted this message along with that picture:

"Band outing: working on our Aussie accents, beach strolling, loving Perth. #RedTour," posted Swift on her Instagram account.

But, she did mention before on Nov. 20, 2013 that her bangs are getting a bit too long. She also posted a pic of her blunt bangs that have completely covered her eyes. (Click HERE to check out the photo).

"While in the studio I came to the realization that my bangs are long enough to use as a sleep mask on long flights. Then I remembered I don't ever use sleep masks on flights. So really, I just need a haircut," said Swift on her Instagram account.

Taylor also updated her hairstyle in 2012, switching from her trademark curls to the sleek blond hairdo with bangs (Click HERE to see it). In 2013, she made a change again. Is this starting to be a yearly tradition for Taylor? Guess we'll just have to wait until Dec. 13, 2014 to find out. Until, then, it looks like Taylor Swift's new long bob haircut, which she debuted in Perth, Australia, looks amazing and is classic, mature and grown up. Happy 24^th birthday, Taylor!
