Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello started dating back in July and in less than six months, the hot couple have got engaged, according to media reports. The 42-year-old gorgeous actress showed off her huge new engagement ring while holidaying in Hawaii on Monday. The couple was celebrating Joe's 38th birthday on the island.
The "Magic Mike" star proposed to the former bikini model on Christmas day, US Magazine reports. Joe popped the question in front of everyone. "He wanted to do it in front of her family," a source close to the couple revealed to the website. The couple has been inseparable since they started dating and even spent the Thanksgiving day with Sofia's family.
Joe, 38, was reportedly "very nervous" about popping the question to Sofia as he was not "100% sure" if she would say yes, People magazine reports. After the couple got engaged, Sofia even posted a cute message on her Instagram profile on Joe's birthday. "Happy happy bday to my love and best friend," wrote Sofia along with a cozy photo of the couple, "to the one that makes me laugh like crazy! have a wonderful year babe!!!"
The Columbian sex symbol started dating Joe just two months after she called off her engagement with her partner of three years Nick Loeb. Sofia was dating Nick since 2010.
